Nike recently released their new MercurialX and MagistaX football shoe designed for the small sided pitch.
I was asked by Nike to produce a set of images which they could use alongside the release for their social media channels and with a response of over 1 Million likes in the first week I thought I'd share them with you all.
The day was spread over different locations around London and finding gritty, urban backgrounds was all part of the fun. My brief was to supply an edge to the images and create a feeling of wanting to play football wherever you are. Nike understands that football is played in any space possible no matter how small and these boots allow their users freedom to do so.
Our models were true magicians with the new Duro Reflect ball and they didn't have to repeat their tricks too many times before we got the shots we were after.
Likes on their Instagram and Twitter feeds are growing as each day passes and I'm pleased to have been part of such a huge campaign and that I have contributed to such a massive reaction from their followers.
The more work I cover for Social Media the more I realise the power it has. It's rapidly replacing advertising on a large scale and the traffic it produces across all platforms is easy to measure......so subscribe to my blog and become part of my pie chart!
